SharePoint conversion experience we are planning move to the latest version sometime next year
InfoPath/SharePoint Designer experience current systems that will need to be migrated were created using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows
jQuery/JavaScript experience if the Department does not purchase any of the 3 rd party tools we requested, we may need to re-architect current systems using jQuery/JavaScript
3 rd party tools (such as Nintex, K2, Claysys, etc.) experience if the Department decides to honor our procurement request, experience using these tools would be a plus
Written and verbal communication is a must as they will be meeting directly with users and management
