Role Description
The Gen AI Trainer will design and deliver training programs on generative AI concepts, tools, and applications for learners at various skill levels. This full-time, on-site role in Lucknow involves creating structured curricula, preparing learning materials, and conducting classroom and lab-based sessions. The trainer will demonstrate and explain workflows with large language models,



prompt engineering techniques, and common generative AI platforms, while guiding learners through practical exercises and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing feedback, updating course content to reflect new developments in AI, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure training aligns with current industry practices. The role also includes maintaining high standards of professionalism, documentation, and academic integrity in all training activities.
