*75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced* *Performance Marketing Manager (PPC)* *to drive lead generation and digital growth for our* *in-house IT services website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for an* *IT software development company, with a strong focus on generating high-quality B2B leads.*

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.*
- *Manage performance marketing campaigns for the company's* *in-house website* *to generate qualified IT service leads.*
- *Develop strategies to increase website traffic, lead conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).*
- *Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for IT services.*




- *Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.*
- *Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.*
- *Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.*
- *Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.*
- *Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.*
- *Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.*
