- Manage end-to-end university application processing for students referred by B2B partners.
- Coordinate with partner counsellors and students for application-related documentation.
- Review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness.




- Assist students in completing university application forms and uploading required documents.
- Track application deadlines and ensure timely submission to universities.
- Provide regular updates to B2B partners regarding application progress and admission status.
- Follow up with students and partners for pending documents and application requirements.
- Coordinate with universities regarding application queries and status updates.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM and application tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with university admission requirements and partner service standards.
- Resolve application-related issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with counsellors and internal teams to ensure a seamless application experience.
