About the Role

Orgatek is expanding its organic agri-input business across India's temperate fruit belt. As Regional Business Head, you will own the region end-to-end — establishing the distribution network, building and leading the field team, and driving adoption of Orgatek's proprietary product portfolio among orchardists and channel partners.



This is a foundational, build-from-scratch leadership mandate.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, hire and lead the regional sales and technical team from the ground up
- Establish and manage the distribution network — distributors, dealers, and retail/orchardist channels
- Drive direct engagement with farmers, orchardists, consultants and progressive growers
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy: market development, product launches, demonstrations and sales growth
- Deliver revenue, collection and market-share targets across the territory
- Represent Orgatek with institutional stakeholders, industry bodies and horticulture networks
- Ensure compliance, reporting discipline and brand consistency across the region
