As a U.S. Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely federal and state income tax returns for individuals, estates, and exempt organizations. This role requires a solid understanding of U.S. tax regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to follow client-specific instructions. You will work closely with reviewers and team leads to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency throughout the tax preparation process.

About The Role
For Individual / Trust Tax Returns (1040 / 1041 Returns)
Prepare accurate and timely federal, state, and city tax returns in accordance with client-specific instructions and deadlines.
- Make corrections and adjustments to tax returns based on reviewer feedback.
- Assist in the development and preparation of in-house training materials.
- Support team members by resolving tax-related queries and providing guidance as needed.
- Participate in induction programs and attend tax update training sessions as required.
- Perform document verification in SPbinder, when applicable.




- Effectively communicate and present information and respond to queries from managers and clients in a clear and qualified manner.

For Business Tax Returns (Form 1065, 1120S)
- Prepare accurate tax returns for various business entities, including partnerships (Form 1065), S-Corps (Form 1120S), and C-Corps (Form 1120) with federal, states and local in accordance with client-specific instructions and deadlines.
- Familiar with preparation of various workpapers related to entity for clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
