POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for energetic and motivated Medical Representatives to join Gleara's Dermatology Sales team.
The incumbent will be responsible for promoting Gleara's dermatology product range to healthcare professionals, chemists, and stockists across assigned territories.
1. Meeting Doctors on a daily basis to promote Gleara products as per Company Policy and detailing guidelines.
2. Meeting Chemists and Stockists regularly to check stock availability, collecting orders, and following up on payments.
3. Conducting and participating in various brand promotion activities including CMEs, Conferences, Doctor Meets and RTMs.
4. Implementing the Company's promotional strategies and effectively utilising promotional inputs as per Company guidelines.
