Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Flooring Sales
to drive business growth in the Chennai region. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the
Building Materials industry
with exposure to
builders and commercial projects
and an established network of architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and other project influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Developers, and other project influencers.
- Promote and specify Mikasa Engineered Wooden Flooring products for residential and commercial projects.
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealer and channel partner networks.
- Drive dealer engagement and display center initiatives.
- Manage key customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Mentor and support the sales team whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Under Graduation Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in builders and commercial project sales.
- Candidates
must have experience working in the Building Materials industry
