Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations in a full-time, in office role based in Madurai. Responsibilities include assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help in drafting and updating HR documents,



supporting onboarding activities, and coordinating employee records. Additional tasks may include assisting with HR policy communication, basic payroll and compliance support, and preparing reports and documentation as needed. The role offers exposure to multiple industries and an opportunity to learn full-cycle recruitment and fundamental HR practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Management and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Employee Benefits and basic compliance concepts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
