We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive end-to-end recruitment across the organisation — from ground operations and field roles to science, quality, and leadership positions. This is a high-ownership role with significant exposure to niche hiring, campus recruitment, and field-level sourcing across South India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Source niche and hard-to-fill profiles from agri, rural development, and sustainability sectors
- Drive campus hiring across agriculture universities in AP, Telangana, Karnataka, and Odisha
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Manage job postings and candidate tracking across Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategy
- Travel to colleges,
job fairs, and field locations for hiring drives
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in non tech talent acquisition / recruitment
- Fluency in at least one language (Telugu or Kannada or Tamil & Hindi) - Mandatory
- Willingness to travel to tier 2/3/4 cities and field locations across South India
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
