Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Finance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on system configuration and implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday Finance systems, including data integrity, workflows, and reporting.
- Develop training materials and provide support for end-users on new features and enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 8-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Workday Finance Core HCM module.
- Robust understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards (GAAP), and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in developing complex reports using various reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or similar technologies.
