Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
with robust expertise in
Salesforce Health Cloud
to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze healthcare workflows, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience supporting
Patient Services, Commercial Operations, or healthcare platforms
is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Salesforce Health Cloud implementation, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Analyze healthcare workflows, patient services, and commercial operations processes to recommend system improvements.




- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, QA teams, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and production releases.
- Maintain business process documentation, process maps, and solution documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
