About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth through media sales, sponsorships, and strategic brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a solid network of brands and media agencies and experience selling digital advertising, influencer marketing, branded content, and sponsorship solutions.

This role requires a consultative sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and deliver innovative marketing solutions to leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing business relationships.
- Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with brands, media agencies, and advertisers.
- Sell integrated media solutions, including:
- Digital advertising
- Brand partnerships
- Sponsorships
- Influencer marketing campaigns
- Programmatic advertising
- Branded content
- White-label events




- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Build customized proposals and presentations aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal media, creative, influencer, and operations teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and present ROI-driven reports to clients.
- Stay updated on digital media, gaming, esports, influencer marketing, and advertising industry trends.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Media Sales, Digital Advertising, Brand Partnerships, or Sponsorship Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with media agencies, advertisers, or digital media platforms.
