We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to join our global Mining Products Engineering Department and become the technical owner for our Trommel Systems product portfolio.

This is a senior engineering position responsible for the end-to-end engineering, design, structural analysis and continuous improvement of trommel systems and associated consumables supporting mining operations around the world.
Important – Industry Experience Required

This is not a general mechanical design role.

To be considered, you must have proven experience designing mining, mineral processing, bulk materials handling or heavy construction equipment.

Applicants from consumer products, automotive,



HVAC, building services or other light engineering industries are unlikely to possess the experience required.

Candidates must also demonstrate robust experience using ANSYS for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) as part of the engineering design process.
About the Role

As part of our Consumables Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end engineering and product ownership of FLS Trommel Systems, from concept development through detailed design, engineering validation, manufacturing support and continuous product improvement.

Working closely with global engineering, manufacturing, R&D;, product management and customers, you will develop innovative engineering solutions that improve reliability, wear life, manufacturability and customer performance.
