Role Overview
We're looking for a highly driven
Warehouse Operations Manager
to lead and optimise end-to-end warehouse, fulfilment, inventory, and supply chain operations.
This isn't simply about managing day-to-day warehouse activities.
You'll be responsible for designing scalable operational systems, improving fulfilment efficiency, building high-performing teams, and ensuring customers receive a world-class experience as the business scales rapidly.

? Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and fulfilment.
- Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse processes, quality control, packaging standards, and order accuracy.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimising warehouse layouts, workflows, and fulfilment processes.
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing warehouse operations team.
- Scale warehouse operations to support significant business growth while maintaining service quality.
