Hubbell Enterprise Marketing is seeking a Marketing Communications Performance Analyst to define, measure, and analyze the performance of our marketing communications activities and translate that data into insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.
This role sits within the Marketing Communications function and is responsible for building the analytical and reporting capabilities that connect our communications efforts to business outcomes. Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Communications and collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will develop dashboards, forecasting models, and integrated performance reports that give leadership and the team transparent visibility into what is working and where to invest.
The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a talent for data storytelling, and the ability to work across a range of communications activities — from trade shows and content to integrated campaigns and media efforts.

A Day In The Life
- Define, develop, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that measure the effectiveness of Marketing Communications activities across trade shows, content, integrated campaigns, and media efforts
- Build forecasting and budget modeling tools for the trade show portfolio, using historical performance data to support investment planning and go/no-go decision making
- Analyze campaign and content performance across channels and buyer journey stages, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms into a unified view of marketing communications performance
