EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Mandatory - Minimum work experience of 6+ in Insurance domain (NA).
- Should be currently working in night shift or demonstrated experience working in night shift in the recent past.
- Robust knowledge on various applications like GG, APLUS & SFDC etc (Preferred)etc.
- Should have experience on handling Policy admin & Claims tasks- Bookings/Binders/Policy issuance/Cancellation etc (Preferred Skill set) and claims
- High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently
- Practical experience in driving automation or process excellence initiatives
- Should have managed team appraisals
- Self-motivated individual,



Positive and pro-active manner, Team player, Positive professional attitude, willingness to learn
- Business fluent in English (reading and writing)- Exception interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Advanced task planning – time management skills and experience of scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities
- Strong excel and PPT skills.
