Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our clients team as a Graphic Designer Client Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design expertise along with experience in client support, order management, and ERP/CRM systems.
Candidates with experience designing product pages and marketing creatives for Amazon US Marketplace and Walmart US Marketplace (including listing images, A+ Content, Storefronts, and other e-commerce creatives) will be given strong preference.
Skills
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, preferably for e-commerce brands.
- Experience creating product pages, listing images, A+ Content, Storefronts, and marketing creatives for Amazon US Marketplace is highly preferred.
- Experience designing product pages and creatives for Walmart US Marketplace will be a significant advantage.
- Good understanding of e-commerce design best practices and conversion-focused creatives.
- Proven experience in email and chat-based customer support.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience in order management or back-office operations.
- Experience communicating with international clients.
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.
