Job Description Senior E-commerce Performance Executive (Marketplace Ads)

Our Client is looking for a results-driven Senior E-commerce Performance Executive

to manage and scale marketplace advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and

Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in driving

profitable growth through marketplace ads, optimizing ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, P&L;, and

achieving monthly revenue targets while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Advertising

* Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra,

Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

* Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, PLA, Search Ads,

Display Ads, and platform-specific ad formats.

* Continuously optimize bids, keywords, placements, budgets, and targeting.

2. Revenue & Profitability





* Generate a minimum of 50 lakh monthly sales through marketplace advertising.

* Maintain profitable growth while meeting revenue targets.

* Optimize TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and CAC.

* Ensure advertising spend aligns with overall business profitability.

3. P&L; Ownership

* Own the marketplace advertising P&L.;

* Monitor contribution margin, gross margin, discounts, platform fees, and ad spend.

* Recommend pricing, promotions, and bundles to improve profitability.

* Ensure campaigns deliver positive ROI and sustainable growth.

4. Campaign Optimization

* Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs.

* Identify high-performing SKUs and allocate budgets accordingly.

* Improve keyword rankings and product visibility.

* Run A/B tests for creatives, keywords, and campaign structures.

5. Sales Planning

* Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.

* Forecast budgets and expected revenue.
