Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and organizational growth.

Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in Human Resources,



with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, or IT industry.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Hours

11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
