Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and strategic public-sector accounts within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise sales, cyber security solutions, virtualization technologies, and channel ecosystem management

The role requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification and account penetration to commercial negotiations and deal closure. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key Government stakeholders, System Integrators (SIs), consultants, advisors, and channel partners while positioning Accops solutions as a strategic digital workspace and cyber security platform

Key Responsibilities

Regional Business Development




- Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth across Government and PSU accounts
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting
- Develop account penetration strategies to expand business within existing and recent accounts
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Government & PSU Account Management
- Manage strategic Government and PSU accounts across the region
- Establish and maintain relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, CISOs, policymakers, consultants, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
- Drive customer engagement and increase adoption of Accops solutions
- Work towards standardization of Accops solutions within customer environments

Sales Cycle Management
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
