Position Details

Job Title: Stock Controller

Department: Supply Chain & Warehouse

Location: Thergaon Factory, Pune

Job Purpose

The Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring inventory accuracy across raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.



The role requires close coordination with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Finance teams to ensure seamless factory operations and timely product availability.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Ensure system inventory matches physical stock at all times.
- Monitor daily stock movement including receipts, production consumption, transfers, dispatches, and adjustments.
- Maintain batch-wise and location-wise inventory records.
- Monitor stock ageing and recommend actions for slow-moving and near-expiry inventory.
- Ensure inventory is managed in accordance with FIFO and FEFO principles.

Factory Operations
- Coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing.
