Qualifications:
- Graduation in Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture background
- Masters in energy related domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Building energy performance simulations according to industry standards.
- Analyse Convert construction drawings, specifications, site visit notes, and photographs into 3D models of buildings.
- Grasp the intricacies of building science and understand the interconnected performance of components such as HVAC, electrical systems, and the building envelope
- Be proactive in terms of daily project discussions and meetings to review project contents and meet the deadlines.
- Work on LEED / IGBC / GRIHA rating systems.
- Begin and take charge of discussions with teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Travel to project locations as and when required.
Skills Experience:
- 4 6 years of experience in Energy Modelling
- Proficiency with eQuest / IES / Design Builder software (Mandatory)
- Ability to independently read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings (Required)
- Familiarity with IECC and ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1 and 55 requirements, as well as modelling
protocols (Required)
- BEE Manager Experience in HVAC Design (Preferred)
