The Chance
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager / Senior Manager to lead end-to-end cloud migration and modernization initiatives across multi-cloud environments — including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. In this highly visible role, you will drive large-scale transformation programs that accelerate the organization's cloud adoption,



modernize legacy workloads, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and vendors to define program strategy, govern delivery, manage risk, and champion cloud-native best practices across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, program governance expertise, and leadership presence.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Develop and own the end-to-end program roadmap for cloud migration and modernization, spanning GCP, AWS, and Azure environments.
- Establish and manage program governance frameworks including steering committees, status reporting, RACI structures, and decision-making processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, DevOps practitioners, and business analysts across multiple concurrent workstreams.
