Position: Project Manager – Rural B2B

Role Summary

We are seeking an execution-oriented Project Manager to drive rural business initiatives from planning to implementation. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with external stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, and driving measurable business outcomes across rural markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end execution of rural B2B projects.

· Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and track deliverables.

· Coordinate with sales, operations, technology, finance, and field teams.

· Manage relationships with FPOs, SHGs, NGOs, corporates, government agencies, and channel partners.

· Monitor project performance, risks, and KPIs.

· Prepare MIS, dashboards, and leadership reviews.

· Drive process improvements and ensure project scalability.





Qualifications & Experience

· MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification.

· 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Rural Business, Agri-Tech, Rural Development, or related sectors.

· Experience managing multi-location projects and field teams.
