Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and financial institutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Provide training and coaching to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements
