About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) to support the end-to-end recruitment process and overall HR administration at Ashray Foundation. This role blends talent acquisition responsibilities with day-to-day HR support, ensuring smooth hiring operations, employee engagement, and compliance with organizational policies.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people processes, possess strong coordination and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles – from sourcing to onboarding.
Draft and post job descriptions, screen applications,
and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Support in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
2. HR Operations and Administration
Support onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring a positive joining experience.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation as per organizational standards.
Assist in leave management, attendance monitoring, and contract renewals.
Support payroll inputs and HR documentation processes.
3. Employee Engagement and Communication
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, check-ins, and feedback sessions.
Help manage internal communication and coordination between teams.
Contribute to HR initiatives that promote organizational culture
