The Head of Domestic Business Development is the person who builds that engine.

The Role

We are looking for a senior, commercially driven Head of Business Development to own and lead Biodeal's domestic market growth. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role - reporting directly to the Chairman and Managing Director, and responsible for building the strategy,



team, and commercial relationships that will define Biodeal's position in the Indian pharmaceutical market over the next three to five years.

This is not a sales management appointment. The person we are looking for is a commercial architect: someone who can look at Biodeal's manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio, and client base and build a systematic, scalable growth strategy from it. They will own both the strategy and the outcomes.

Note: This role covers the domestic (India) market only. A separate Head of International Business Development will be appointed to lead Biodeal's IBD function once this hire is in place.
