- You champion Birla Pivots culture tenets and values across every HR touchpoint as COE from hiring to offboarding building a solid sense of belonging across the organisation.

Driving Performance Management Career Development
- You drive the full performance review cycle for your cohort from goalsetting and midyear checkins to final appraisals ensuring calibration, fairness, and actionable feedback.
- You identify highpotential employees,



build individual development plans, and coach regional managers on performance conversations, improvement plans, and recognition frameworks.

Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning
- You own hiring for new and replacement roles across your business units sourcing, screening, and closing quality talent on time.
- You partner with leaders on workforce planning forecasting headcount, mapping critical roles, and building talent pipelines ahead of demand.
- You will be responsible for campus programs and hiring and developing young talent for your cohort.

HR Operations Compliance
