This role requires robust troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and security across both on-premises and cloud environments.

System Installation and Configuration

Set up network equipment and IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises environments.





System Maintenance and Monitoring

Perform routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and ensure high availability of services.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

Respond promptly to incidents, service requests, and ensure minimal downtime.

Security Management

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by enforcing system security best practices.

User Support

Assist with software and hardware troubleshooting and conduct user training as needed.

Data Backup and Recovery

Create and test disaster recovery plans, including GCP clusters and VM backups.

Documentation
