Role Description
This Resource Specialist role at Cratmate AI is a full-time hybrid position based in India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Resource Specialist will be responsible for managing staffing needs, allocating resources across projects, and maintaining accurate resource records and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements, matching resources to project demands, and tracking utilization to support operational efficiency. The role also involves responding to internal stakeholder queries, preparing regular reports on resource availability and deployment, and supporting training or onboarding activities for newly allocated team members. Collaboration with project managers, HR, and leadership will be essential to ensure timely, data-driven decisions about resource planning and optimization.
