- Monitor and maintain automated production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of recent machines and automation systems.
- Diagnose faults in PLCs, sensors, servo drives, HMIs, VFDs, and robotic systems.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Analyze machine performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,

- Assist in spare parts planning and inventory management for critical equipment.
- Train operators on machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.
