Role Description
The Travel Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, responsible for managing end-to-end operations for B2B travel bookings and MICE movements.



Daily tasks include coordinating itineraries, confirming services with suppliers, handling bookings and amendments, and ensuring smooth ground operations across multiple destinations. The role involves liaising with partners and internal teams, tracking timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation for group and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) travel. The specialist will monitor trip quality, resolve operational issues, and support pre- and post-travel requirements to deliver seamless experiences. This position also contributes to process improvements, cost optimization, and adherence to service standards that align with Travelzl’s commitment to operational excellence.
