Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth shop-floor operations while meeting production schedules.
- Coordinate with operators to maintain productivity and machine efficiency.




- Assist in manpower planning and shift coordination.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work with the Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Production Planning teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track daily production performance and maintain accurate production reports.
- Identify process improvements to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and organized work environment.

Eligibility
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing, production processes, or die casting is an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
