Role Description

We’re building a modern beauty brand and are looking for a highly proactive, aesthetically strong Creative Marketing Associate to work directly with the founder across content, design, social media, and day-to-day brand execution. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is deeply interested in beauty, fashion, social media, and startup culture, and wants hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up. You should be excited by quick-moving environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn and execute quickly.

What You’ll Do - Content Creation & Social Media
- Edit Instagram Reels, and short-form video content
- Create social media assets using Canva and Adobe tools
- Post and schedule social media content across platforms




- Assist with daily social media management and content uploads
- Support UGC (user-generated content) sourcing, editing, and posting
- Coordinate with creators/influencers for content collection
- Adapt and resize content across platforms
- Assist with content calendars and launch timelines
- Stay updated on beauty, fashion, and internet trends
- Source visual references, inspiration, and moodboards
- Work closely with the founder to execute the brand vision consistently
- Support campaign launches, shoots, and creative execution
- Maintain visual consistency across social and marketing assets
- Assist with presentations, decks, and internal creative materials
- Organize content folders, assets, and creative workflows AI & Startup Operations
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to support ideation, research, copy, and workflows
- Help speed up execution across creative and marketing tasks
