Role Summary:

Responsible for monitoring, incident management, change implementation, application support, infrastructure support, and operational activities for digital platforms. The role involves proactive monitoring, issue resolution, service restoration, automation support, AWS operations, Akamai administration, AEM support, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

Akamai Redirects

Configure and validate Akamai redirects, troubleshoot redirect issues, verify 301/302 responses, perform post implementation testing.

ITSI Alert Monitoring

Monitor Splunk ITSI alerts, perform triage, create incidents,



engage support teams and track resolution.

ServiceNow Change/INC/Task Management

Manage Incidents, Changes and Service Tasks following ITIL procedures and SLA commitments.

Ansible Template Creation

Create and maintain Ansible playbooks, inventories, testing and deployment documentation.

AWS S3 File Download Procedure

Download required files from S3 using AWS Console or AWS CLI and validate file integrity.

Akamai Cache Clear

Perform CP Code and URL cache purges using Akamai Rapid Purge and verify content refresh.

Akamai Property Configurations

Supported and managed Akamai CDN, GTM, and API gateway configurations by handling traffic routing, following security controls, caching strategies. Expertise in API onboarding, IP whitelisting, health checks and handling authentication issues.

Handle publisher, dispatcher, replication and content publishing issues; perform restorations and verificati
