Key Responsibilities
- Receive details from the Salesperson post-meeting
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial documents
- Follow up for PO or order confirmation
- Clarify basic pricing and delivery terms (within guidelines)
- Update quotation and order tracking sheets
- Once PO is received, coordinate internally for order processing
- Send order confirmation to client with delivery schedule
- Coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch for execution
- Share dispatch details with client: LR, E-way bill, tax invoice
- Follow up for payments if due
- Handle client queries or complaints and escalate if needed
- Record feedback after delivery and update reports
Key Skills Required
- Robust follow-up ability (via phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Good communication – polite yet firm
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets handling
- Understand B2B order flow, documents, and client expectations
- Calm and structured under pressure
Tools You’ll Use
- Google Sheets (Order Tracker, Follow-up Logs, Sales Status)
- WhatsApp Business (if used internally with rules)
- Email for formal documentation and coordination
- Tally / ERP interface (view-only or basic entry level)
- Sales Software
Eligibility Criteria
- At least 1 year experience in B2B client coordination, order processing roles
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and email etiquette
- Experience in chemicals, pharma packaging, or plastic containers is a strong plus
- Prior experience in sales coordination, admin, or backend sales support preferred
