Role Description
The Data Specialist will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining data from various sources to support business decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include performing data analysis, validating data accuracy, building and updating data models, and preparing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, ensuring data quality and security, and optimizing data workflows and processes. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close coordination with team members and other departments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Analytical Skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Data Management and Data Analysis skills.




- Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling and related techniques.
- B.Tech or BE in Computer Science from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, R) is preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting methods is beneficial.
- Ability to work with large datasets, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
