JAA & Co is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join its Transfer Pricing practice. The role covers the full transfer pricing lifecycle planning, documentation, benchmarking, assessments, and dispute resolution support for a portfolio of multinational clients. The firm is looking to hire across the 1–6 year experience band; seniority, independence, and client exposure will be calibrated to the candidate's experience level at the time of offer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File (Form 3CEAA), and Country-by-Country Reporting (Form 3CEAD) as applicable.
- Undertake economic/functional analysis (FAR analysis) of intercompany transactions and prepare industry and functional profiles.
- Conduct benchmarking studies using databases such as Prowess, Capitaline, and TP Catalyst; select and defend comparables under Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines.
- Prepare and review Form 3CEB (Accountant's Report under Section 92E) and coordinate certification timelines with client finance teams.




- Assist with Transfer Pricing assessments and audits before the Transfer Pricing Officer (TPO) — drafting submissions, responding to notices, and compiling supporting evidence.
- Support senior team members and Partners on litigation matters before DRP, CIT(A), and ITAT, including drafting factual and legal submissions on TP additions.
- Assist in Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) applications and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) matters, where applicable to the assignment.
- Advise clients on TP policy design, intercompany agreements, and pricing of cross-border transactions (management fees, royalties, financing, distribution, contract manufacturing).
- Monitor developments in Indian TP regulations (Sections 92 to 92F, Rules 10A to 10THD) and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and flag relevant changes to the team.
