Job Responsibilities
- Provide global L2 support for SAP SD/LE and ensure SLA compliance.
- Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, billing, consignment, and intercompany transactions.
- Analyze, design, and standardize SAP SD business processes aligned with global templates.
- Develop functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Support SAP GTS integration for export/import compliance and cross-border logistics.
- Manage automotive EDI/IDoc integrations with OEMs and troubleshoot interface issues.
- Support logistics execution, including deliveries, PGI, warehouse integration, and RF systems.
- Configure and maintain pricing, customer master data, output management, and labeling solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration across SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM, and external applications.
- Drive process improvements, global rollouts,



and continuous optimization of SAP SD solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD with strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) process knowledge.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD/LE, Pricing, Billing, EDI/IDoc, and RICEFW.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, PP, EWM, and SAP GTS.
- Background in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global support environments with L2 support exposure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
