We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Technology Management.

In This Role, You Will
- Develop and manage project strategies, securing stakeholder engagement for project plans, commitments, and modifications.
- Assist technology teams in managing delivery by balancing scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communication, and budget.




- Collaborate with the technology team and Product Owner to enhance productivity through effective backlog management and the application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Oversee and report on progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to program management and stakeholders, providing recommendations to sustain delivery momentum and benefit realization.
- Ensure adherence to standard controls, driving teams towards compliance with frameworks, capability management, security controls, and technology architecture designs.
- Support the prioritization of capabilities within the Value Stream, including the creation of Capability Investment Cases and Capability Hypothesis Statements. Identify and resolve delivery impediments, escalate issues to Portfolio/CIOs, and track key delivery risks.
