We are looking for an experienced
Sourcing Manager
with a strong background in real estate sourcing and Channel Partner (CP) Sales. Candidates should have a strong network in the East Pune market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing CPs and onboard new Channel Partners.
- Drive site visits and qualified leads through the CP network.
- Conduct project presentations and regular meetings with Channel Partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and sales targets.
- Maintain sourcing MIS and track lead generation,



site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Keep Channel Partners updated on project inventory, pricing, and offers.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Sales.
- Robust experience in handling Channel Partner (CP) Sales.
- Well-connected with Channel Partners in the East Pune market (Hadapsar, Kharadi, Wagholi, Mundhwa, Magarpatta and nearby areas).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to achieve sourcing and sales goals.
