to join our dedicated team for business, you will play a crucial role in managing and submitting competitive tenders for service business driven brown field projects.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for assigned projects and tenders in line with defined scope and guidelines.
- Support the application of estimation standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with established processes and tools.
- Analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and customer documentation to develop transparent and compliant tender proposals.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to gather inputs and ensure technically sound and commercially competitive offers.
- Provide technical clarifications and support during the tendering process, including responding to customer queries and participating in technical discussions when required.




- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback from executed tenders and lessons learned to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop working knowledge of key offer elements including technical scope, BOQ, sourcing assumptions, cash flow basics, and commercial inputs.
- Ensure alignment and consistency with previous project references, standard terms & conditions, taxation norms, risk inputs, and pricing assumptions under guidance.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (MBA or commercial exposure is a plus but not mandatory).

Experience
- 7 –10 years of relevant experience in estimation, proposals, tendering, or techno-commercial roles.
- Knowledge in Relays and SCADA/Automation, LV/MV AIS/GIS Switchgear, Distribution transformers, Power management/Power Quality systems and Sub-station field.
