Role Description
The Project Intern role is a full time hybrid position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some flexibility for remote work from home. The intern will support project managers and delivery teams by assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, and basic project coordination tasks. Daily responsibilities may include preparing status reports, updating project trackers,



scheduling and participating in client or internal meetings, and following up on action items. The role may also involve conducting research on technologies or industries, contributing to simple process or workflow diagrams, and helping ensure timely completion of project milestones. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and learn standard project management practices and tools used in IT services.

Qualifications
- Ability to support project coordination and documentation, including maintaining task lists, timelines, and basic reports.
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather information, summarize findings, and support project decision-making.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic project tracking tools.
