We’re looking for an experienced Gen AI Lead to drive high-impact
Generative AI
initiatives. You’ll lead a cross-functional agile squad, own end-to-end delivery, and stay hands-on to guide architecture and unblock complex challenges.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage a high-performing delivery squad

Own sprint planning, backlog, timelines, and delivery outcomes

Drive GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents) on Databricks

Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure business value

What we’re looking for:

7+ years in AI, ML, data engineering, or software engineering

Strong GenAI project experience (LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering)

Hands-on Databricks experience (data pipelines, ML workloads)

Proven agile leadership and delivery ownership

Strong Python and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Location-Mumbai/Pune
