Vema Casa is looking for a confident and proactive Pre-Sales Interior Designer with strong telecalling and client-conversion skills.

The role involves:

• Calling and qualifying potential clients

• Understanding their interior-design requirements, budget and timelines

• Explaining our design-and-build services professionally

• Scheduling client meetings and design consultations

• Regularly following up with leads

• Maintaining and updating lead records in the CRM

• Coordinating with the design and sales teams

• Converting enquiries into qualified meetings and opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Qualification or experience in Interior Design

• Strong telecalling and communication skills

• Confidence in speaking with premium residential clients





• Valuable understanding of materials, layouts and interior-execution processes

• Target-oriented attitude with disciplined follow-up

• Prior experience in interior design, architecture, real estate or luxury sales will be preferred
