Role Definition
- Working to client brief, which details what the space will be used for, and finding out the client's personal ideas and requirements and suggesting best furniture and other décor placements
- Inspecting and surveying buildings / hotel / restaurant / residential locations
- Setting schedules for the project
- Carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible
- Producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors and materials
- Developing detailed designs, using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget
- Advising clients on progress, and providing them with samples of wood, paints and fabrics to be used
- Co-ordinating with the sourcing & contractor on the updates and ensuring the work is in progress and within the timelines
- Conducting regular site visits to inspect work in progress
- Ensuring the assigned project is completed within committed timeline.
Profile Requirements (Qualification & Experience)
- Graduate with specialization in interior designing from a premier institute
- 2-3 years’ work experience with an architect / interior designing firm
- Preferred experience with Architect / Interior Designing Firm

- Should be able to design interiors of home, office, restaurants and hotels individually and can also customize furniture designs as per customer requirements
- Creative and has strong imagination
- An keen eye for design, including color, good 3D awareness, finishing of work in progress.
