Role Description

The Director – Innovation & R&D; will lead the design, development, and implementation of recent immigration consulting services, tools, and processes to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
This full-time, on-site role is based in Abroad
and involves overseeing research initiatives, analyzing market and regulatory trends, and translating insights into strategic programs that support business growth. The director will collaborate with consulting, operations, and marketing teams to pilot innovative solutions, optimize existing service offerings, and ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing R&D; projects from concept to execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on the impact of innovation initiatives to senior leadership. The role also involves mentoring team members, establishing best practices in program and project management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Qualifications




- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, regulatory changes, market trends, and client feedback for innovation opportunities.
- Proficiency in Program Management to design, implement, and oversee multi-phase innovation and R&D; initiatives.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within timelines and budgets.
- Capability in Strategic Planning to define long-term innovation roadmaps and align R&D; efforts with business objectives.
- Consulting skills to translate complex research insights into actionable solutions and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience in immigration, legal services, or professional consulting environments is highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
