- Delivery Lead with strong experience delivering enterprise scale Digital Insurance and Core Insurance programs, responsible for orchestrating end to end delivery across architecture, engineering, integration, and operations.
- Candidate will lead delivery strategy and execution across end to end digital journeys and core insurance systems (including Duck Creek).
- Understanding of the general insurance domain.

Requirements:
- 14-20 years of strong experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical core insurance systems, including Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Distribution, with proven ownership of end-to-end transformation, modernization, and integration programs in highly regulated environments.
- Deep hands-on experience in backend and frontend engineering,



with strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS for scalable backend services, React and Next.js for contemporary, high-performance digital frontends, and API development and management using Apigee, enabling secure, scalable, and reusable enterprise APIs.
- Proven hands-on leadership delivering cloud-native solutions on GCP.
- Strong understanding of microservices-based and API-led architectures
