About the Role

Ritikart is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Associate to support the brands social media presence and digital content activities.

The role is suitable for a fresher or early-career skilled who is interested in social media, short-form video, storytelling, content creation, and digital commerce.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Performance Marketing & Growth Manager and other team members to create and publish engaging content around Odishas books, food, handicrafts, handlooms, cultural products, and traditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant social platforms.
- Develop product-focused posts, reels, short videos, stories, and campaign content.
- Write clear and engaging captions and promotional copy.
- Coordinate product photography and video creation using available internal and external resources.
- Create basic social media graphics and edit short-form videos.




- Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments and messages and coordinate responses with the appropriate team.
- Research content trends, formats, cultural topics, and relevant social media opportunities.
- Support festival campaigns and thematic campaigns around Odishas culture and products.
- Coordinate with creators, affiliates, and community partners for content and campaign activities.
- Maintain organised records of content assets, publishing schedules, and performance.
- Track content metrics and prepare regular performance summaries.
- Support the Performance Marketing & Growth Manager with advertising creative requirements and campaign coordination.

Required Skills
- Strong interest in social media, digital content, and storytelling.
- Good written communication skills in English.
